I am happy to say that I am learning great things at the PADI Business Academy. This is a fun and energetic course that helps to make our business better. Would I rather be scuba diving? Sure, but who wouldn't? This is however going to make it possible for me and the rest of us to ultimately get in the water more. The better that we do our job the happier our customers are and the more successful we are. There are also some scary words being used here, Facebook, Blog and ummm, dare I say Twitter... Yup I said it, Twitter. I am going to try it and see what happens. More to follow.
