For those of you who don't know, we work hard to keep ourselves (the extended store family includes our instructors and divemasters as well) educated. We recently had a staff session where Doug from JBL spearguns came in to talk to us about the JBL guns. The talk included features, maintenance, upcoming improvements, and general shooting tips.
To be honest, I have not done a lot of spear fishing before, so it a great chance for me to learn more about the sport.
Some of the best info that I got was on the reason behind a lot of the design decisions that JBL has made for their guns. I am very impressed with the value that JBL offers in its spear gun line.

The spear gun will feature several after market features and it will be very cool. And, who doesn't want a cool spear gun?
